Administrative Assistant / Document Controller

The role will be London based, primarily located on one of our busy projects in the centre with visits required to other projects.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is looking to embed themselves within a company and be supported in their professional development.

This person will be responsible for ensuring our sites are run smoothly administratively and will be a key player in making our digitalisation initiative succeed.

Key Skills & Attributes Required:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Confidence in dealing with colleagues, clients & other trades
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft 365, Adobe, Client Software)
  • Enthusiastic about learning
  • Experience in an administrative role (preferably construction)

We are open to speaking to candidates who are searching for a position that allows remote working although the role will be primarily site based.
